Bank / DORA compliance
The scenario catalog separates causes from effects, and the coverage matrix shows — live — which application holds an approved plan or opt-out for each severe-but-plausible scenario. Exercises run against the real plans in simulation or tabletop mode, and every run, approval and change leaves evidence on the record. When the auditor asks, the answer is a screen, not a spreadsheet hunt.
ISO 22301 programme
Assessments, reviews and awareness sessions live in the product, versioned and approved through the same workflow as plans. Training and tabletop sessions record who was invited, who attended and who confirmed — the competence records the standard asks for, without a parallel LMS. Review cycles chase themselves: overdue items surface as gaps and land in someone's work queue.
Multi-company holding
One platform carries many group companies: records carry a company, and the company lens filters dashboards, insights and reports server-side. Visibility grants restrict which companies a user sees at all, and the "(unassigned)" bucket keeps untagged records from silently vanishing from group reports. Group-level and per-company views come from the same numbers.
People-first crisis operations
The Life module is the HR crisis room: who is fine, who needs help, who hasn't answered — per site, per company, live. Needs phoned in or texted in stay visible until resolved, and the mobile app gives every employee a check-in that works when email doesn't. Wellbeing is binary on purpose: fine or needs help — nothing to misread at 3 a.m.
